Hello and thank you for visiting! I appreciate the opportunity to assist you in an exciting time in your life. For over 18 years I have enjoyed helping hundreds of people make good, confident decisions which enrich their lives. In 1980 I moved to Frederick County with my family from Northern Virginia , when blue laws were still enforced in Frederick County. In 1986 I purchased my first home while working through college.In 1989 I married my wife and in 1990 we were blessed with our first of 2 children. In 1991 I joined the family business Century 21 Country Squire and my career in Real Estate has prospered ever since. In 1992 I graduated from the Real Estate Institute and in 1997 my parents due to health reasons sold to Coldwell Banker. I in 1999 decided to join Remax because it has always been the leader in technology, agent support, community involvment and dominated Real Estate sales in Frederick County.  

Currently I am 43 years old and live in Middletown with my beautiful wife Holly, 2 children Caitlin and Garret ,dog Cheyenne and 2 cats Scotch and Shadow. I have experience in sale training , extensive experience in marketing, foreclosures, short sales, land development, land sales , new construction, residential construction, real estate investing, contract negotiations, residential sales, real estate financing and was one of the first buyers agents in Frederick County back in 1991.
